FAQs

Eco-Waste will offer you a competitive price for a dumpster rental that includes the delivery, a defined rental period, the included weight and volume provided in the agreement, the pickup of the unit when you've filled it or completed the project, and disposal of debris in the dumpster.

Pricing extras happen when you exceed the specified weight or volume allowance for the dumpster size you choose, when you need more days to fill it, or you need another dumpster. But, other than that, you’ll never need to worry about hidden delivery charges, fuel surcharges, and environmental fees.

Anything you are permitted to send to the dump is okay. This includes things like:

  • General trash
  • Furniture of all types
  • Household Items
  • Cardboard
  • Yard waste & storm debris
  • Toys
  • Clothing
  • Construction debris including drywall, wood, tiles & broken bathroom fixtures
  • Siding, shingles & roofing debris
  • Bricks, stones & broken concrete or blocks
  • Asphalt
  • Dirt

Anything that is considered toxic or regulated by the EPA, including:

  • Medical waste or biohazardous materials
  • Liquid paint (dry paint cans are permissible)
  • Batteries of all shapes and sizes
  • Propane tanks
  • Liquid chemicals including solvents, Freon, or the like
  • Equipment or containers containing gas, diesel fuel, or oil
  • Tires

These materials must be disposed of through the proper agencies.

For clarity, its best practice to not load any material above the top rails of the dumpster. That's the best indicator of load capacity. When you've finished loading your dumpster, our driver will pull a tarp over the load for secure transport. If loaded higher than the top rails, material will interfere with and potentially damage the tarp. Also, aim to keep the load evenly distributed.

If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it. Additional charges may be charged in these cases.

The amount of weight that may be put in the dumpster depends on the size of the dumpster that you have ordered.

When ordering a dumpster, your salesmen will discuss the specific weight restrictions for your particular dumpster with you. There will be an additional charge for exceeding the specified weight load limit and/or height limit.

Payment is required by credit card when you order the dumpster. This initial payment covers the dumpster rental fee only. Any overweight, over-height, or additional fees will be posted at the time of pickup.

We do offer an invoice option for projects that require multiple dumpsters. To request billing by invoice, please complete a commercial application prior to your first delivery.
